Yes, absolutely. This is our core specialization. We fabricate a custom external MS (Mild Steel) pipe structure on the outside of your house with full glass or insulated cladding. Doors open into existing balconies or created window landings, preserving 100% of your indoor living space without major structural modifications.
MRL (Machine Room Less) elevators use a compact gearless motor mounted inside the hoistway shaft, offering high speed, ultra-low power consumption, and smooth ride comfort up to 180 meters. Hydraulic lifts use a hydraulic cylinder and powerpack, requiring a shallow pit (just 600 mm) and zero power during descent, making them ideal for low-rise villas and retrofits.
Yes. Our residential gearless PMSM and hydraulic lift configurations are designed to run seamlessly on standard domestic 230V single-phase power, consuming about the same power as a standard home air conditioner (1.5 kW to 3.7 kW).
Our hydraulic villa lifts require as little as 600 mm pit depth, and MRL lifts require 1200 mm to 1500 mm. Overhead requirement ranges from 2800 mm to 3800 mm depending on cabin ceiling selection and speed.
All Navigator elevators come standard with an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD). When main power fails, the battery-operated ARD automatically drives the cabin to the nearest stop floor, levels the car within ±2mm, and opens the doors safely.
Once site shaft measurements are confirmed, manufacturing takes 2 to 3 weeks in our Pune unit. Site erection, mechanical installation, electrical wiring, and testing are typically completed in 7 to 10 working days.
